Brimfull

Is that a word? I can’t remember. I should know, being an editor. However, I’m too tired to look it up. :)

Lots of working out today and so lots of food :)… pretty nutritious though. I still struggle with feeling guilty when I have to eat more, and its not easy to force down more than 1500 calories for me, because so much of my time when I was younger was spend dieting… I get pretty full once I hit 14-1600. Shot for 1800 and think I did about 18-1900 today. Good news, because I worked out (60 min cardio 30 min weights) this morning, went for a long walk at 3:30 (45 min walk - fast), and then did spin class at 4:45 for 45 minutes. I’m a tired puppy! Getting used to this kind of training two times a week, however, although I will need to begin training for 2-3 hours in a row twice a week rather than breaking it up. (I sure don’t miss that old bike-run transition training that makes me feel like a landsick, near-sighted fish trying to get my footing so I can run straight! (It’s a sickening and difficult transition, for those who’ve tried it - you know.)

Foodwise, I came up, as mentioned, around 18-1900 cal, and 45% fat (good fats, remember!), 40% carb (am i supposed to up my carb intake on days when I workout like this? i think so…?), and 15% protein.

too many Terra Chips earlier. (2 servings) - they make me feel sick when I eat too many… but honestly… 14 chips? thats like… not that much when you consider how tiny some of them are!

What do other people who are training eat, I wonder? No one else seems to post these things unless they are dieting!

Makes me feel like a pig :) hehe.
