So every good run deserves a good playlist. I have several, and I mix them up regularly, but the following is what I ran to (for almost 3 hours!) today… what are some of your favorite tunes to run to?

i take your comment as a compliment! although you might give me more credit for being “serious” than i deserve. i have very little time to train so i try not to waste a minute of a workout so to that end i am serious.
my running playlists tend to be a mix of heavy metal and pop/dance music. i like the combination because the metal is just angry enough to get me fired up to move and the pop is happy and upbeat to offset the angry stuff. at some point i’ll write down my most recent one - it’s totally bizarre!
